We believe effective communication is the key to success in any business relationship. We send out regular billing statements to all members of the Communities we manage and prepare a simple newsletter to go with the statements to keep your owners apprised of Association's affairs. An interactive web-site is also provided, so Board members and owners can access important Association's records 24x7, view their accounts and pay assessments online, and stay in touch with each other.
 
FINANCIAL SERVICES
  Post payments to owners' ledger
  Deposit funds into association's accounts
  Reconcile bank accounts
  Update signatory authority with Association's financial institution(s)
  Prepare monthly financial statements (fund accrual basis)
  Disburse payments for association's expenses
  Prepare draft operating budget
  Set up and receive payments for special assessments
  Assist independent CPA with audit and tax filing
  Board approves invoices online
  Owners view their accounts online
  Process payroll
  Assist with collection of delinquencies
